Job summary

Smitech Engineering Pte Ltd seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead MEP modeling and coordination in Singapore. You will establish BIM workflows, BEP, and CDE, drive clash detection using Navisworks or ACC, and coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve interfaces.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators, standardize libraries and templates, and ensure submissions meet LTA, BCA/LTA standards, and asset tagging. LTA project experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years BIM modeling/coordination in Singapore's construction sector.
• 2–3 years in lead/supervisory roles (Senior/Lead BIM Coordinator).
• LTA project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Knowledge of Singapore BIM/VDC guidelines and authority submission standards.
• Certifications in BIM/VDC (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Establish & Manage BIM workflows, BEP, and CDE for projects.
• Lead M&E model coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators, standardize libraries, templates, and QC.
• Represent Smitech in BIM meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure submissions comply with BCA/LTA/PUB standards and handover BIM.
