Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling battery cells in a lab.
• Experience linking electrochemical data to physical/chemical phenomena in cells.
• Comfort with documentation and lab record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-performance battery cells using advanced materials.
• Plan and oversee prototyping from coin to pouch formats.
• Perform electrode winding, stacking, and electrolyte filling; glovebox handling.
• Analyze cycling, rate capability, and EIS to extract meaningful insights for design iterations.
• Lead post-mortem analysis to identify failure modes and optimize performance.
• Prepare technical documentation for equipment and scale-up activities.
• Liaise with contract producers and vendors to align on specs and documentation.
• Maintain precise lab records and contribute to internal/external presentations.
