Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials or related engineering.
• Strong track record of following and enforcing SOPs and SWPs.
• Hands-on experience with battery testing equipment and precision metrology tools.

Responsibilities

• Own EL1 pilot line operations, maintaining machinery per SOPs and SWPs.
• Execute jelly roll winding, coin cell assembly and related processes, including glovebox operations.
• Carry out day-to-day lab operations and QC of materials and cells.
• Maintain precise production records and feed learnings back into SOP revisions.
• Coordinate manufacturing with suppliers and partners.
