Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in coin or pouch cell fabrication/testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on battery materials research, cell assembly, and electrochemical testing to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Design and execute experiments; analyze data and investigate degradation mechanisms.
• Develop and validate battery cell simulation models (COMSOL) and correlate with experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and document findings.
