Job summary

Commonwealth Culinary Creations PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor for night shifts in our Singapore bakery facility. You will oversee packing, dispatch, QA coordination, and safety compliance to meet product specifications and schedule.

The role requires a Diploma in Baking or Food Technology, at least 5 years in a bakery/food manufacturing setting with 2+ years in supervision, and strong leadership and process knowledge to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Baking, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bakery/food manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
• Proficient with inventory systems, scheduling tools and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, supervise and hands-on packing activities to meet schedule and specs.
• Complete packing and dispatch plans by scheduling personnel and revising schedules.
• Coordinate with QA to maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and hygiene in the work environment.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC, AVA, MUIS/Halal and local authorities.
• Manage storage, labeling and dispatching of products.
• Assist with Production Planning and FSC/SAP documentation.
• Provide packing/dispatch data and keep records updated.
• Ensure proper use of packing/labelling equipment and supervise staff.
• Communicate expectations, planning, and safety procedures to staff.
• Counsel and discipline staff; arrange equipment repairs as needed.
• Suggest improvements to methods, equipment, quality and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
