BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Lead Auditor for a 3-month temporary contract to manage and coordinate a multi-site audit programme across Singapore. The role requires leading audit teams, refining fieldwork, and delivering precise observations and reports for management review.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant audit experience, and credentials such as CIA, CISA, or ISO Lead Auditor.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant audit, compliance or assurance experience, including leading or supervising audit assignments.
• Recognised credential such as CIA, CISA, ISO Lead Auditor certification, or equivalent.
• Strong working-paper review, report writing, stakeholder management and team supervision.
• Public-sector, regulatory, operational or multi-site audit experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate TLB's three-month annual audit programme.
• Refine the detailed audit programme, sampling approach and fieldwork allocation with TLB.
• Supervise three audit pairs and monitor progress across multiple sites.
• Review working papers, evidence and proposed observations for sufficiency and consistency.
• Calibrate observations and identify where further testing or clarification is required.
• Prepare centre-level reports, a consolidated management report and corrective-action register for TLB's review.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with approved evidence-handling and security requirements.

Lead Auditor (Temporary Contract - 3 Months)

Location: Ubi Avenue 3,

Number of Vacancies: 1

Contract Period: 3 months, proposed from December 2026 to February 2027

Salary: Up to $6,500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant work experience.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, excluding public holidays. Working hours may be adjusted for approved evening audit sessions, for example, 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

Job Overview

The temporary audit team will support TLB's three-month annual audit programme covering driving schools, Private Driving Instructors, test centres and SAF Driving School. The team will conduct fieldwork and prepare factual audit observations and reports for TLB's review. TLB will retain responsibility for the audit criteria, regulatory interpretation, validation of findings and final recommendations.

Other Employment Information

• Full-time, on-site engagement.
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel between assigned locations, including driving schools and test centres across Singapore.
• Appointment is subject to Category 2 administrative processing arranged by SPF.
• Selection includes an interview by TLB, credential and reference checks, and a conflict-of-interest declaration.
• Proposed commencement is in December 2026, subject to candidate selection, administrative processing, budget confirmation and issuance of the applicable purchase order.
