Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Compliance/Audit Assistant for a 3-month posting at our Ubi office. You will perform compliance and control testing, process walkthroughs, document reviews, and interviews, supporting client checks and site observations.

The candidate should hold a diploma in a relevant discipline, with audit/assurance certification advantageous. Strict confidentiality and evidence handling are required. Salary is up to SGD 5,500 per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance and control testing against company's approved criteria and checklist.
• Perform process walkthroughs, document and transaction reviews, interviews and site observations.
• Conduct checks for clients.
• Verify and reference supporting evidence and record factual observations.
• Follow up selected earlier findings and corrective actions.
• Prepare complete working papers and resolve review comments from the Lead Auditor and management.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with approved evidence-handling and security requirements.

Education

Diploma in relevant discipline

Audit/Assurance certification advantageous

Job description

Salary: Up to $5500 per month
Working hours: Mondays to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
