Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an audit/compliance professional for a 3‑month engagement across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves conducting compliance testing, process walkthroughs, interviews and site observations to verify control effectiveness and document evidence.

You will address review comments, maintain confidentiality, and prepare detailed working papers for the Lead Auditor and stakeholders, ensuring accurate observations and traceable records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant audit, compliance, internal controls, operational assurance or investigation experience.
• Relevant audit or assurance certification is advantageous.
• Able to conduct structured interviews, review records, document evidence and prepare clear factual observations.
• Meticulous, objective and able to work across multiple sites.
• Good communication, documentation and organisational skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow established procedures.

Duration/Working Hours:

3 months (Dec 2026 to 28 Feb 2027)

Normal operating hours: 0800 hrs to 1730 hrs on weekdays. For approved evening audit sessions, working hours may be adjusted, e.g. 1200 hrs to 2100 hrs.
