Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an Architectural BIM Lead to own design and digital delivery from concept to construction, driving BIM execution, coordination, and project leadership.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, translate challenges into integrated design and automation-enabled methods, and develop repeatable BIM templates and standards to improve delivery speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture; professional registration or active progress toward registration.
• 3–7 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience delivering 1–2 end-to-end BIM lifecycles.
• Hands-on in design development and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM delivery practices.
• Ability to coordinate BIM with structural/MEP disciplines.

About the role

Take ownership of architectural design and digital delivery, shaping how projects are delivered from concept through completion. Drive BIM execution, coordination, and quality while strengthening project leadership and team capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support architectural work from concept design and design development through coordination, documentation, tender, and site/construction phases
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align scope, deliverables, programme, and quality expectations
• Translate project challenges into integrated design and digital delivery approaches (including BIM and automation-enabled methods where appropriate)
• Create and maintain project BIM delivery standards, including BIM execution approach, information requirements, model coordination methods, and quality checks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models (architecture/structural/MEP/specialists) and resolve clashes and design interface issues
• Manage work packages across multiple teams/locations while maintaining design intent, accountability, and delivery quality
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, decision-making, and outcomes through automation, data, and computational methods
• Develop repeatable templates, workflows, and playbooks that can be reused across projects
• Coach team members on digital delivery practices and progressively delegate ownership of workstreams and coordination routines
• Support proposal development and client discussions where digital delivery capability strengthens the solution and project outcomes

About you

• Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant architectural experience (exceptional candidates outside this range may be considered)
• Professional registration (or active progress toward registration) with the relevant professional body in Singapore
• Experience completing or substantially contributing to at least 1–2 end-to-end BIM project lifecycles (design through construction/completion)
• Hands-on experience in design development, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and construction-stage support
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and current BIM delivery practices
• Practical experience coordinating architectural BIM with structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
• Strong project coordination capability, sound architectural judgement, and confidence engaging stakeholders
• Commercial awareness, with the ability to link design and digital delivery decisions to project performance and outcomes
