• Deep understanding of Compliance and AML/KYC, Sanctions, Fraud.
• Strong product design and solutioning experience with a lifecycle focus.
• Familiar with change management and project management fundamentals.
• Experience in scoping and evaluation, defining scalability and cost considerations.
• Knowledge of global regulatory expectations and regulator interactions.
• Ability to collaborate across Group and regional teams with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships and drive technology alignment to business needs.
• Lead and coach a team of business analysts and upskill the workforce.
• Map delivery roadmap, capabilities, and architecture with PMs and domain experts.
• Translate requirements into a test strategy and ensure governance and change control.
• Post go-live knowledge retention and trainer sessions within the team.
