Tencent Overseas IT seeks an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Lead to turn business and technical requirements into executable plans for AI compute infra across regions. You will coordinate data centre readiness, capacity, and acceptance with internal teams and external vendors, driving issues to resolution.

This cross-functional role requires challenging assumptions, tracking milestones, and ensuring operational handover with clear ownership and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in infrastructure architecture or network engineering.
• Strong data centre or enterprise networking experience.
• Deep TCP/IP, L2/L3 knowledge including routing protocols (BGP/OSPF).
• Delivery or operation across data centres, cloud, or multi-site.
• Ability to review network test plans and evidence with vendors.
• Experience with data centre migration or multi-team deployments.
• Managing suppliers through design, delivery, and handover.
• Assess infrastructure across compute, network, storage, and availability.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Translate demand into infrastructure capacity and acceptance criteria.
• Lead network design reviews for data centres and WAN connectivity.
• Manage network providers, carriers, colocation partners and integrators.
• Drive data centre readiness: rack space, power, cooling, cabling and access.
• Coordinate integration, testing, remediation and sign-off across teams.
• Maintain plans, risks, logs, and supplier action trackers.
• Explain design trade-offs and schedule impacts to stakeholders.
