Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking a Lead AI & LLM Solution Architect to drive technical success and enterprise adoption of Tencent Cloud's AI platform globally. You will lead engagements, design scalable AI architectures, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

You will work with TokenHub, Hy foundation models, and MCP to solve multi-industry challenges while shaping the platform's future across markets.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, cloud, or solution architecture.
Experience leading complex customer-facing technical engagements.
Strong English; Mandarin preferred to collaborate with China HQ.

Responsibilities

Lead technical engagements for strategic enterprise customers across AI discovery, design, implementation, and deployment.
Architect enterprise-scale AI/LLM solutions using TokenHub, Hy models, and MCP ecosystem.
Drive customer engineering initiatives to prototype, validate, deploy, and optimize production AI apps and cloud-native architectures.
Conduct workshops, design reviews, POCs, and production-readiness assessments to accelerate adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Research to influence roadmap and best practices.
Mentor architects and govern complex engagements; represent Tencent Cloud in executive forums and events.
