Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science or related field.

• Experience with Databricks and modern ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the development of next-generation AI applications that optimize supply chain operations through predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and advanced machine learning.

This is an opportunity to lead technical initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders to transform complex operational processes into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI applications for supply chain optimization.

• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational planning.

• Build intelligent decision-support systems for procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Design scalable AI architecture and oversee end-to-end solution deployment.

• Drive adoption of MLOps best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor and guide a team of AI and software engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business users to understand operational challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms and cloud environments.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in AI / Machine Learning.

• Strong programming experience using Python.

• Hands‑on experience with Databricks or enterprise data platform technologies.

• Experience building machine learning solutions for forecasting, optimization, or predictive analytics.

• Familiarity with modern ML frameworks and time‑series forecasting techniques.

• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).

• Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and model lifecycle management.

• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, or similar business platforms is advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Previous technical leadership or team management experience will be highly preferred.
