You will design scalable AI architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into innovative AI solutions. The role integrates with ERP/WMS systems and cloud platforms, delivering measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science or related field.
• 7+ years software engineering with 3+ years AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud-based ML deployment.
• Experience with Databricks and modern ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise AI apps for supply chain optimization.
• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Build intelligent decision-support systems for procurement, logistics and warehouse ops.
• Design scalable AI architecture and oversee end-to-end deployment.
• Drive MLOps adoption: model development, deployment, monitoring and improvement.
• Mentor and guide a team of AI and software engineers.
• Collaborate with business users to translate ops challenges into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI apps with enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
• Evaluate new AI technologies to improve efficiency.
