Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lead Python developer to design and deliver production-grade Python applications and backend services powering intelligent supply chain solutions.

You will provide technical leadership to a team, drive AI/ML integration, collaborate with data platforms, and ensure robust CI/CD, cloud deployment, and scalable architecture.

Job Scope:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Python-based applications and backend services supporting intelligent supply chain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of software developers, including code reviews, architecture decisions, development standards and engineering best practices.
• Develop scalable and maintainable software components that integrate AI/ML models, data platforms and enterprise systems.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to integrate predictive models and optimization capabilities into production applications.
• Support the development of solutions involving demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement and logistics optimization.
• Translate business and operational requirements into practical software architectures, technical specifications and development plans.
• Work with data and AI teams to prepare applications and pipelines for reliable production deployment.
• Contribute to the implementation and integration of data platforms, data lakes and analytics environments, including technologies such as Databricks.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities where software automation, analytics or AI can improve operational efficiency.

• Establish good engineering practices covering CI/CD, cloud deployment, containerization, testing, monitoring and production support.

Job Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of Python programming, backend development and software engineering principles.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs, applications, backend services or enterprise software systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Practical exposure to AI/ML, machine learning applications or data-driven solutions.
