Job summary

HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, seeks an Engineer / Lead Engineer (Product Management) to drive AI‑driven digital products for homeland security. The role spans ideation to launch and continuous improvement while fostering a product‑centric culture across HTX.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop in‑house products, manage lifecycles, and align with strategic goals. A two‑year contract with potential for permanent tenure is noted.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
2–10 years in product management or related field.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiar with AI-driven technologies; launched and scaled products.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycles to ensure relevance and value of in‑house products.
Define and execute product vision, strategies, and roadmaps to meet objectives.
Translate user needs into product features through discovery and analysis.
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Align with users and stakeholders on goals and requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver backlogs.
Manage product development using agile methodologies and ensure timely milestones.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies for new products or features.
