Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic seeks a Domain Lead for Teaching Allocation & Timetabling to oversee planning and continuous improvement of academic workload allocation. You will collaborate with academic schools, central operations, IT and vendors to deliver user-centered, well-governed processes that meet TP's needs.

You will drive domain leadership, deliver scheduling solutions, engage stakeholders and manage data governance, with a focus on scalable, secure, and cost-conscious implementations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevSecOps, data governance, dashboards and service management.
• Data analytics experience is advantageous.
• Experience in leading teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional domain for teaching allocation, workload planning, class timetabling and related scheduling processes.
• Align cross-domain processes, dependencies and solution decisions; provide peer guidance to other Domain Leads.
• Support implementation, configuration, testing and enhancement of academic scheduling platforms; validate data setup and integrations.
