You will coordinate tasks, monitor equipment, and address staffing issues to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a laundry team including washers, dryers, presses and sorters.
• Ability to schedule shifts and manage peak period coverage.
• Focus on maintaining clean, safe work areas and quality results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage laundry staff, including washers, dryers, pressers, and sorters.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to the team, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Address staff issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure teamwork and cooperation within the department.
• Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all laundry processes comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Manage shift scheduling and ensure sufficient coverage during peak periods.
