OCBC is offering a Loan Capital Markets Internship in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in syndicated lending. You will work with deal teams to support origination, underwriting, and execution activities while developing financial modeling, credit analysis, and client communications.

Successful candidates are analytical, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced banking environment; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong quantitative skills.
• Interest in corporate finance, investment banking and capital markets.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree and able to commit to an internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and execution of syndicated financing transactions.
• Prepare financing term sheets, deal summaries, and transaction materials.
• Coordinate syndication launches, roadshows, and investor communications.
• Analyze financial statements and credit metrics to support underwriting.
• Build and review financial models for transaction analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, underwriting proposals and marketing materials.
• Review transaction documentation for alignment with financing terms.
• Support strategic initiatives, market updates, and ad-hoc projects.
