• Partner with regional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and process improvement areas through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive cross-functional projects from problem identification and business case development through execution, implementation, and performance tracking.
• Design and implement scalable processes, operating models, and business solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping shape priorities and execute key initiatives across the LATAM markets.
