Job summary

STEMGENIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Finance Analyst to bridge group finance and LATAM country finance teams from Singapore.

The role drives process improvements, ensures accurate monthly close, and leads regional finance projects. You will collaborate across functions, manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, and support IT-enabled reporting transforms while traveling to LATAM as required. Candidates from Big 4 or multi-market MNCs welcome; strong Excel skills and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and factual thinking with high accuracy.
• Proficient Excel skills with data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead key finance projects and process changes across LATAM markets.
• Guide month-end close, ensure accurate data and proper accounting treatment.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles for LATAM markets.
• Manage group-level initiatives and stakeholder engagement across markets.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical controls improvements.
