Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SOPs, ECOs, GMP, 5S and Lean is a plus.
• Ability to follow quality procedures and respond to quality data concisely.
• Must identify components/colors (yellow, blue, red, brown) visually during operations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-systems requiring calibration and functional test.
• Perform troubleshooting on components and integrated systems.
• Align optical systems with in-house software and instruments.
• Perform final integration and full system tests.
• Conduct data collection and analysis for quality records.
• Process work orders in MES and ERP systems and update instructions.
