SINECO ENERGY PTE LTD is seeking a Landscape Site Supervisor to oversee daily landscape maintenance and landscaping works at project sites in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations and timely progress.

The role requires relevant local experience, a valid BCSS certificate, and strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities. You should be able to work independently and manage site operations to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in Singapore's landscape industry.
• Must possess a valid BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervisor) certificate.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise daily landscape maintenance and landscaping works at project sites.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor site progress and ensure all works are completed according to project schedules and requirements.
• Supervise workers and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment as required.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure workers comply with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare daily work reports, site progress updates, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate the delivery of plants, landscaping materials, and equipment to project sites.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Perform other duties related to landscape operations and project coordination as assigned
