Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in landscape management, and the ability to coordinate teams, budgets, and resources to meet contractual obligations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Arboriculture, or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance or landscape project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale landscape operations and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee landscape maintenance and project operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, work plans, and maintenance programmes.
• Manage landscape contracts, projects, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Supervise and guide landscape managers, supervisors, horticulturists, and operational teams.
• Ensure all landscape works are carried out according to contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Monitor site performance and ensure timely completion of works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational or service issues promptly.
• Review work performance, productivity, and resource requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare and review quotations, tenders, budgets, reports, and operational proposals.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence would be an advantage.
