Job summary

ICN Design International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a landscape architect with at least four years of postgraduate full-time experience in local landscape architectural projects.

The candidate should articulate strong design skills, documentation capabilities, and client-facing communication to deliver project milestones on time. The role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD, with knowledge of Enscape/Lumion considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate-level design and communication skills are required for landscape architecture projects.
• Strong proficiency in graphic software is essential for generating design outputs and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones with professional clients and contractors.
• Proven experience in schematic design and development through Construction Documentation packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic design and develop complete design development and construction documentation packages.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
• Manage project milestones and documentation across multiple concurrent landscape architecture projects.
• Demonstrate proactive, diplomatic communication across all levels of staff and clients.

Job description

• - Possess BLA or similar related qualifications with talentsin creative design and graphic communications. Similar professional backgroundin architecture may be considered.
• - Clear English communication with Clients, Consultantsand Contractors in all project activities.
• - Ability to work independently on several projectsto achieve project deliverables and programmes.
• - Proven abilities and skill in Adobe (Indesign,Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) and Autodesk (AutoCAD) to generate, communicate,and document project outputs. Skills in additional or alternative graphicsoftware such as Enscape, Lumion or other graphic software would be anadvantage.
• - Proven experience and skills in Schematic Design,and in putting together complete Design Development and ConstructionDocumentation packages.
• - A minimum of four (4) year's post graduate fulltimeworking experience in local landscape architectural projects is required, withproven project management and documentation experience. A similar professionalbackground in architecture or related field may be considered.
• - Must possess a proactive and positive personalityand outlook and be able to work with all levels of staff and clients andcontractors.
• - Be able to manage difficult situationsdiplomatically and always remain calm and even-tempered.
• - Remain focused and not distracted by social mediaduring working hours and support fellow team members in ensuring that projectmilestones are always met and deliverables checked for accuracy.
• - Familiar with all local authority requirements andinitiatives eg LRA, Green Plot ratio, Design for Safety, etc
