Job summary

ICN Design International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced landscape architect to join our design team. The candidate will contribute to schematic design, develop construction documentation, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.

The ideal candidate holds a BLA or equivalent, has at least four years of post-graduate experience on local landscape projects, and demonstrates strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, with Enscape or

Possess BLA or similar related qualifications in landscape design.
Minimum four years post-graduate full-time experience in local landscape architecture projects.
Experience in project management and design documentation.
Proven ability to communicate in English with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead schematic design and develop construction documentation packages.
Prepare complete design development and construction documentation packages.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
Manage multiple projects to meet milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., LRA, Green Plot ratio).
