Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a skilled Construction Surveyor to study drawings, obtain survey data, and update site plans for M&E, ARCHI, and STRUCTURE. You will coordinate with site surveyors and resolve discrepancies to keep projects on track.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in surveying with at least 5 years of field experience, plus practical knowledge of survey hardware/software and machine control settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in surveying or related qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ construction survey experience
• Understanding of survey equipment hardware and software
• Knowledge of machine control functions and settings
• Understanding of accuracy, tolerances, QA/QC and essential documentation
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and levels
• Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills

Responsibilities
