Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring Laboratory Technologists for roles based in Jurong / Boon Lay Way, Singapore, offering 12-hour rotating shifts and shift allowances.

The successful candidates will perform accurate lab testing, support daily operations, and mentor Laboratory Analysts while contributing to QA/QC initiatives and site/field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing and analysis according to established methods and procedures
• Support daily laboratory operations and coordinate activities when required
• Guide and provide support to Laboratory Analysts
• Perform reagent/equipment standardisation and prepare test solutions and titration solvents
• Review unusual or questionable test results and follow established laboratory protocols
• Support Quality Control, Quality Assurance and laboratory improvement projects
• Maintain laboratory equipment, work areas and good housekeeping standards
• Perform analysis at site laboratories or during field assignments when required
• Support the training and mentoring of newly joined Laboratory Analysts
• Participate in third-party or refinery laboratory activities when required
• Perform overtime and other duties as assigned
