Job summary

Parkway Laboratory Services Ltd. supports IT-driven laboratory operations across IHH Singapore hospitals, providing expert LIS oversight and data governance to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Science or related field.
• Clinical laboratory experience is highly valuable.
• SQL/database knowledge is useful.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and lab workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Laboratory Manager in overseeing laboratory technology systems.
• Lead LIS planning, testing, validation, and implementation with stakeholders.
• Serve as system custodian ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and downtime protocols.
• Manage investigations and resolutions of system-related issues.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, accreditation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Liaise between laboratory operations, IT, cybersecurity, and external providers.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of workflows.
