Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore, is hiring a Labeling Operator for a full-time role with a fixed 4-day work week and rotating 12-hour day/night shifts to support cable labeling production.

You will apply labels to cables and products, ensure labeling is completed according to production requirements, and maintain 5S standards at the workstation. 1–2 years of related experience and good hand dexterity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related working experience preferred.
• Technical school, vocational school, secondary education or above.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable handling up to 25 kg.
• Willing to work weekly rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Apply and attach labels to cables/products accurately.
• Ensure labeling is completed according to production requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Keep the workstation clean, safe and organized.
• Support daily production activities as required.
• Work according to the assigned shift schedule.

Location: Tampines
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

Looking for a stable opportunity in the manufacturing industry? We are hiring Assembly Operators (Cable Labeling) to support production operations in Tampines!

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,300 - $3,000/month

• 12-Hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• 12-Hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
• Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday

Working Hours

Weekly Rotating 12-Hour Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Fixed 4-Day Work Week:

• Team A: Monday - Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Job Responsibilities
