Job summary

Hrnet Ventures Pte Ltd - Crew by Hrnet is hiring Assembly Operators (Cable Labeling) in Tampines to support production operations. The role offers a stable, full-time position with a fixed 4-day work week and rotating 12-hour shifts.

You'll apply and attach labels to cables/products, maintain 5S standards, and assist daily production activities. Candidates should have 1–2 years' related experience, a technical education, and good manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related working experience preferred.
• Technical school, vocational school, secondary education or above.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and physical fitness for standing a workday.
• Comfortable handling up to 25kg and rotating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Apply and attach labels to cables/products accurately.
• Ensure labeling is completed according to production requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Keep the workstation clean, safe and organized.
• Support daily production activities as required.
• Work according to the assigned shift schedule.

Looking for a stable opportunity in the manufacturing industry? We are hiring Assembly Operators (Cable Labeling) to support production operations in Tampines!

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,000/month

• 12-Hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
• 12-Hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
• Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday

Working Hours

Weekly Rotating 12-Hour Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Fixed 4-Day Work Week:

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Job Responsibilities
