Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain workplace safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections and identify hazards.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to eliminate risks.
• Perform risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identifications.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare incident investigation reports and corrective actions.
• Track closure of safety actions and findings.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training.
• Maintain training records and competency documentation.
• Ensure MOM compliance and support audits/inspections.
• Maintain safety documentation, permits, records, and reports.
• Monitor certifications, licenses, and permits.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Provide updates on safety performance.
