Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Technician to maintain equipment records, coordinate maintenance, and manage supplies in a regulated bioanalytical lab in Jurong (West Area). You will handle reagents, samples, storage, and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires a life sciences or related degree/diploma, with experience in a lab setting considered advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday; salary is up to SGD 4,200 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Prior laboratory, lab operations or lab technician experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lab equipment records and coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and verification.
• Manage laboratory supplies, consumables, reagents and materials, including procurement, receiving, storage and distribution.
• Prepare reagents, buffers and laboratory solutions according to approved procedures.
• Handle sample, matrix and reagent tracking, storage and distribution.
• Maintain laboratory freezers, refrigerators and storage areas to ensure proper organisation and compliance.
• Provide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of the bioanalytical laboratory.
