Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Laboratory Operations Assistant to support sample and material handling, inventory management and cross‑functional collaboration. You will assist with purchasing, billing and expenditure tracking, monitor stock levels, coordinate sample management with clients, and help drive SOP updates, digitisation and process improvements.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in inventory, purchasing, billing or logistics preferred.
• At least 2 years in a cGMP or ISO 17025 laboratory advantageous.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player comfortable with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in a cGMP or ISO 17025 regulated laboratory advantageous
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
