Job summary

Eurofragance in Singapore is seeking a laboratory technician to support fragrance development by dosing materials with precision, recording results, and maintaining GLP standards in the sample lab.

You will use SAP or PINS for traceability, work with perfumers and evaluators, and contribute to an international, inclusive team in a hybrid work setup. This role offers stability and opportunities to grow within a fast‑expanding fragrance house.

Qualifications

• Formal chemistry qualification required.
• 1–2 years in fragrance industry preferred.
• Olfactory skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Work in the laboratory, compounding trials as requested by perfumers and evaluators.
• Dose all raw materials with high accuracy and maintain traceability.
• Update material movements in IT systems (PINS or SAP) and ensure GLP compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.

What's your mission?

Follow safe working procedure and complete assigned tasks with correct records and meet required processes which include raw material pouring & mixing and operate weighing, mixing, filtration, automated dosing machine and other associated equipment in the sample lab area.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Work in the laboratory, compounding the trials as requested by our Perfumers, Customer Service and Evaluators.
• Dose all the raw materials contained in the formula with high accuracy.
• Use tablet and the barcode reader to update all the raw material consumption and ensure traceability of every batch.
• Update every raw material movement in our IT systems, using PINS (internal software) or SAP depending on the movement type.
• Maintaining pianos of raw materials
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and proper upkeep of the workstation and equipment.
• Assist with general laboratory duties while adhering to good laboratory practices (GLP).
• Perform any other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you need to shine in this role

• Professional Qualification in Chemistry or a related discipline
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position in a Fragrance Industry / Fresh Graduate is welcome
• Olfactory skills /knowledge is a strong asset
• Basic Skills in Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
• Accurate and speed capabilities in dosing
