Job summary

Swiss MNC in Science Park is seeking a Lab Assistant on a minimum 6 months contract with monthly salary SGD 2,200–2,400. Responsibilities include supporting diverse project teams, following SOPs, and timely data entry.

The role requires 1–2 years wet lab or data analysis experience, knowledge of GLP, and familiarity with liquid handling and high-throughput equipment. Fresh graduates are welcome, with comprehensive on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC or higher in science; comprehensive on‑job training provided.
• 1–2 years wet lab or data analysis in molecular marker tech preferred; freshers welcome.
• Familiarity with GLP, high throughput equipment, liquid handling and database mgmt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with diverse project teams and liaise with lab personnel and customers.
• Perform tasks as per SOPs and daily instructions from team leader or supervisor.
• Contribute to weekly lab meetings and update task tracking systems.
• Handle multiple tasks with planning and self‑motivation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory/corporate/government regs.

Job description

Our client, a Swiss MNC located in Science Park is looking for outstanding candidates to fill the position of Lab Assistant (Minimum 6 months Contract, Salary : 2.2K to 2.4K, Location : Science Park, Benefits : 15 days AL, 1 month completion bonus etc.).

Responsibilities :

• Function as a member of a diverse project team. Interact with peers, lab personnel, and customers from diverse business units.
• Perform and execute all tasks and activities diligently and accurately as per the instructions or SOP given for that day/week by the Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Contribute to weekly lab meetings.
• Update system and other task tracking tools in a timely and accurate manner.
• Candidate may have to accomplish multiple concurrent tasks as per instruction from the supervisor. Self‑motivated and make short‑term plans for own day‑to‑day activities.
• The candidate will comply with all regulatory/corporate or government regulations

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXP:

• 1-2 years wet lab or marker data analysis experience in molecular marker technology or allied biotechnology activities. Promising fresher can also be considered.
• Knowledge in Good laboratory practices, handling high throughput laboratory equipment, liquid handling equipment, database management, lab chemicals will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• NITEC/ Higher NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, fresh graduate in any science field is welcome. Comprehensive technical and on job training will be provided.
