Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to provide Level 3 technical support for large-scale enterprise, data center, and WAN environments in Singapore. You will design, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric infrastructures and manage Cisco SD-WAN deployments, ensuring high availability and performance.

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise-scale or data center environments.
• Direct expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, Multi-Pod and Multi-Site deployments.
• Solid SD-WAN (Viptela) administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, QoS, and network security.
• Experience with hybrid cloud topologies, data centers, firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
• Proficiency with network monitoring, packet analysis, and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

• Core Function: Provide expert Level 3 (L3) technical support and management for large-scale enterprise, data center, and Wide Area Network (WAN) environments.
• Data Center Infrastructure: Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric infrastructures.
• WAN Management: Manage, support, and scale Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) deployments and daily network operations.
• Traffic Engineering: Configure and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Incident & Problem Management: Perform rigorous root cause analysis (RCA), resolve complex network incidents, and participate in major incident management.
• Lifecycle & Projects: Execute critical network changes, hardware upgrades, complex migrations, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, cloud, and broader infrastructure teams to maximize network availability, performance, and cloud connectivity.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network topology diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operational Readiness: Participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure continuous uptime for high-availability environments.
• Any other ad-hoc related work duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience handling enterprise-scale or data center infrastructure.
• Cisco ACI Expertise: Strong, direct expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, Multi-Pod setups, Multi-Site deployments, and advanced fabric troubleshooting.
• SD-WAN Proficiency: Solid operational and deployment experience specifically with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) administration.
• Core Protocols: Advanced technical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, QoS, and baseline network security.
• Ecosystem Familiarity: Practical experience dealing with hybrid cloud topologies, data center environments, perimeter firewalls, load balancers, and proxy technologies.
• Tools & Analytics: High proficiency in utilizing industry-standard network monitoring, packet analysis, and troubleshooting utilities.
• Other Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities combined with strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security & Infrastructure Vendor Stack: Hands-on experience with Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, F5, or Zscaler.
• Cloud Networking: Direct exposure to public cloud networking architectures within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Network Automation: Experience driving infrastructure-as-code or automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Industry Background: Prior experience navigating fast-paced financial services or massive, highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Professional Certifications: Preferred credentials include CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Cisco ACI Specialist, or Cisco SD-WAN certifications.
