Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cybersecurity professional to support infrastructure projects by integrating security controls throughout the lifecycle.

You will implement and review OS security baselines in line with policies and standards. The role involves conducting vulnerability assessments, coordinating remediation, and working independently on cybersecurity tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies and platforms including WAF, QRadar SIEM, SOC operations, DAM, PAM, SOAR, EDR, encryption, pentesting and vulnerability assessment.
• Experience in incident response, threat investigation, security monitoring, and security event analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure projects by integrating cybersecurity controls and security requirements throughout the project implementation lifecycle.


• Implement, maintain, and periodically review operating system security baselines to ensure alignment with organizational security policies and standards.


• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate the timely remediation of identified security gaps.


• Work independently on assigned cybersecurity and infrastructure activities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Evaluate and recommend appropriate security practices while keeping up to date with emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry developments.


• Apply strong attention to detail and risk awareness when identifying, assessing, and addressing potential security issues.

Requirements:

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.


• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies and platforms, including Web Application Firewall (WAF), SIEM (preferably QRadar), Security Operations Center (SOC) Operations, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Encryption Technologies, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment.


• Practical experience in cybersecurity incident response, threat investigation, security monitoring, and security event analysis.
