Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced second-level IT support engineer to handle complex laptop hardware and Windows software issues.

Based in Jurong, you will diagnose advanced hardware, software, and OS problems, perform installations, configurations, upgrades, and drive issue resolution. You will troubleshoot LAN and wireless networks, coordinate with technical teams or vendors for complex issues, and provide guidance to the L1 team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Good understanding of LAN, wireless, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
