Job summary

Compass Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Learning Content Producer to plan, create, and edit engaging learning videos and e-learning materials.

You will leverage AI tools to develop content efficiently and collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate training needs into effective solutions. Responsibilities include end-to-end video production, visual design of materials, LMS support where applicable, and driving continuous improvements based on learner feedback.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 1–2 years in learning content creation, multimedia production, or digital learning preferred.
• Hands-on with AI video creation platforms such as Synthesia or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI).
• Strong writing, storytelling, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing learning materials, presentations, job aids, and microlearning content.
• Ensure learning content aligns with organizational branding, learning objectives, and quality standards.
• Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learner engagement.
• Manage multiple content development projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the administration and maintenance of learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS), where applicable.
• Monitor learner feedback and recommend continuous improvements to digital learning content.

Requirements
