ANEXT Bank in Singapore seeks a high-calibre professional to lead the KYC Operations Post-Onboarding team. You will serve as the accountable service owner for all KYC activities, including customer outreach, periodic and event-triggered reviews, and customer exits, reporting to the KYC Operations Lead.

You will drive strategy for KYC operations, collaborate with FCC, Risk, Legal, Business and Tech, and align with the Bank's objectives while maintaining strong control principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in customer-facing KYC services
• Experience with Corporate Banking customers and team management
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written & verbal)

Responsabilités

• Support expansion strategy across the organization
• Build systems, processes and people in KYC Operations; drive AI-enabled efficiency
• Improve end-to-end lifecycle performance and service standards
• Oversee KYC activities with OKRs, SLAs and KPIs; manage local and offshore teams
• Guide stakeholders on regulatory requirements for new customer segments/products
• Lead hiring and development of a proficient KYC team
• Motivate and develop the KYC Operations team
• Champion customer experience and agile ways of working
• Identify complex problems and implement strategic solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with FCC, Risk, Business, Tech and Operations teams
