Job summary

Amundi in Singapore is seeking a seasoned CS KYC Lead to manage the local team delivering onboarding, KYC reviews, and client file maintenance for institutional and distribution clients across Asia.

The role combines team leadership with governance, regional coordination with HQ in Paris, and strict adherence to Group standards, internal policies, and local regulatory obligations. You will oversee KYC processes and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in asset management or financial services with client servicing, KYC/AML, onboarding, or related control functions.
• Experience in onboarding, review, and maintenance of institutional and/or distribution client files.
• Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, workload allocation, and escalation management.
• Understanding of KYC/AML requirements, due diligence, and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore-based CS KYC team with coaching, workload allocation, and day-to-day supervision.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of institutional and distribution clients in line with KYC/AML procedures.
• Coordinate KYC validation with Compliance and control functions; manage follow-ups and escalations.
• Oversee periodic KYC reviews and maintenance of client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with Group policies, governance standards, and regional coordination with HQ Paris and Asian entities.
