Job summary

CTBC Bank Co. Ltd. (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated professional to support client onboarding, KYC/CDD/AML processes, and ongoing client servicing.

The role involves collaboration with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure timely account openings and regulatory adherence. You will assist relationship managers in evaluating new business opportunities, submit credit proposals and ensure smooth turnaround times, while also performing regular loan reviews and portfolio monitoring with RM

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and ongoing KYC: work with onboarding, compliance to ensure timely onboarding / KYC / CDD / AML.
• Client servicing: handle day-to-day customer queries promptly.
• Support new business: assist RM in assessing viability of new transactions and submit account openings, proposals and slides.
• Manage ongoing account monitoring: periodic reviews, loan reviews, covenant monitoring, waivers as needed.
• Attend roadshows and customer visits with RM to develop business.
• Regulatory: ensure checklists are completed per bank policies.
