You will set daily to monthly KPIs for line performance, work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and strive to maintain linearity while meeting customer delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing modules and production control in semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of line move, cycle time and customer delivery.
• Proven track record of meeting Fab delivery KPIs (OTD, CLIP, throughput).
• Excellent teamwork, communication and data analytics abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the team to meet Fab delivery requirements.
• Set KPI targets daily, weekly and monthly to meet line targets and CT.
• Drive manufacturing to achieve KPIs such as Move, CT, Wafer Out and CLIP with clear priority.
• Co-work with cross functional teams to resolve line issues.
• Identify capability gaps and improvements in Fab vs planned capacity; manage Wafer Start to maintain linearity.
