Responsibilities

• Assist the head chef and cook in food preparation and cooking.
• Prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting and chopping meat, vegetables, and seafood.
• Assist in Korean dishes and other menu items.
• Follow recipes and instructions from the head chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and workstations.
• Assist with kitchen inventory and stock management.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
