Job summary

Molex Singapore is seeking a Knowledge Management Engineer to capture and distill critical engineering knowledge across the organization. You will transform lessons learned and risk-prevention knowledge into reusable assets that improve product development, manufacturing excellence, and decision-making.

In this role, you will facilitate Foundation FMEA development, enable cross-functional knowledge sharing, and support adoption of KM practices to prevent recurring failures and accelerate

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or knowledge management environments.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA methodologies and facilitation.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to convert complex technical information into actionable knowledge assets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development, maintenance, and reuse of Foundation and project FMEAs using AIAG-VDA methodology.
• Lead knowledge capture sessions and extract insights from engineering, quality, and manufacturing activities.
• Transform incident reports and project learnings into clear, actionable knowledge assets for decision-making.
• Promote reuse of knowledge by linking lessons learned with FMEA updates and CI activities.
• Serve as SME for KM tools and FMEA platforms, providing user support and training.
• Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and support communities of practice.
• Manage and enhance knowledge repositories with quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve KM processes and measure knowledge reuse.
• Explore digital and AI-enabled solutions for knowledge capture and content creation.
