Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking a Knowledge Base Content Specialist to own the redesign and organisation of the internal Knowledge Base. You will structure memos, UAT VDI guides, and process documents to make information easier to find, understand, and use.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, PMOs, and engineering teams to identify gaps, propose improvements, and champion best practices in knowledge management across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Redesigning the structure of the internal Knowledge Base for clarity and usability.
• Categorising, tagging, and improving documentation across teams and processes.
• Identifying gaps in knowledge assets and proposing actionable improvements.
• Helping teams adopt best practices in knowledge management and digital workplace tools.
