BLUE SKY FOOD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training & Development lead for the kitchen to plan, develop, and execute programs that ensure consistent food quality, safety compliance, and operational standards across the team.

You will design onboarding, SOPs, and visual guides; deliver hands-on sessions on food prep and plating; and run refresher trainings to upskill the kitchen staff. This role emphasizes practical training in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs covering food preparation, cooking techniques, recipe standardization, and plating standards
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new kitchen hires (commis, cooks, stewards)
• Develop SOPs, training manuals, recipe cards, and visual guides for kitchen processes
• Run refresher training and upskilling sessions for existing staff
