Job summary

STYXX PTE. LTD. is hiring a kitchen steward to maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role involves dishwashing, equipment cleaning, end-of-day closing, and basic upkeep of front-of-house spaces. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, and able to follow schedules; prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required. Working hours are 6 days per week, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with breaks scheduled.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle manual cleaning duties.
• Reliable and able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Team player with willingness to support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily dishwashing and stewarding duties to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment
• Support end-of-day closing procedures, including thorough cleaning of kitchen and service areas
• Clean and maintain cook line equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, and griddles
• Carry out routine cleaning of walk-in chillers to maintain hygiene standards
• Assist with grease trap and drainage maintenance in coordination with relevant vendors/partners
• Maintain cleanliness of Front-of-House areas, including tables, glass panels, and restrooms
• Perform general cleaning duties for offices or commercial spaces as assigned
