Job summary

Arc3 Pty Ltd is seeking a Stewarding Assistant in Singapore to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in food prep areas and equipment. You will ensure that chefs and service staff have clean, functional tools to operate effectively.

Main duties include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen areas, garbage disposal, equipment maintenance, and assisting with stocking and organization to support a smooth service flow.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and sanitation: Manually wash or operate dishwashing machines to clean, sanitize, and dry all cutlery, crockery, plates, bowls, and cookware.
• Cleaning kitchen areas: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, floors, walls, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards.
• Garbage disposal: Perform regular removal of waste from the kitchen and handle garbage disposal and recycling processes.
• Equipment maintenance: Handle delicate kitchen equipment with care and report any malfunctioning machinery to superiors.
• Support & organization: Assist in organizing and stocking clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring smooth workflow during service.
